that you will notice something new every time you view it.
But you don't have to have an exercise bike
to enjoy this HD Download or DVD.

to experience the Angeles National Forest in a totally unique way:
a way not possible with traditional travel videos.
A Description of the Virtual Bike Ride on this Video
Your 60 minute Virtual Bike Ride begins at scenic Cloud Burst Summit on the Angeles Crest Highway
at an elevation of 7,018 feet. (To view Cloud Burst Summit in winter snow, click here.)
It's almost all downhill from here.
The route heads westward in the San Gabriel Mountains.
Construction for Angeles Crest Highway began in 1929, then stopped in 1941 due to World War II.
In 1946 construction resumed and the highway finally opened in 1956.
The road passes through the protected Angeles National Forest and because of that, development is very limited.
Newcomb's Ranch, seen above, is the only restaurant on the route.
The bike ride continues on through more of the scenic Angeles National Forest.
It's a bright sunny day with beautiful views.
The Angeles Crest Highway is well-known among bikers for its scenery.
Approaching the turn off to Mt. Wilson.....
you turn onto the road up to the Mt. Wilson Observatory (note the cloud at the top of the mountain).
You follow the winding road up the mountain.
You enter a cloud which encircles the summit of Mt. Wilson.
After leaving Mt. Wilson, it's back on the Angeles Crest Highway...
for a few more miles before.....
Your one hour Angeles Crest Bike Ride ends at a scenic overlook.
And remember, this DVD makes a unique gift for family and friends!
This 60 minute virtual bike ride was filmed at average speeds of 20 to 40 mph and is accompanied
by the Natural Sounds (just wind) in Dolby Stereo as they were recorded on site in California.
